There are various walks in and around Evesham from rambling over the site of the Battle of Evesham to an organised Ghost Tour around the town.

The Simon de Montfort Society have put in place a self-guided Trail, clearly signed by waymarked posts, which takes you over the general area where the Battle of Evesham took place on 4th August 1265. Besides exploring the scene of the battle, this walk helps you to enjoy the beauty of this typical Vale countryside with its extensive orchards - a very importatn part of Evesham's later history. From May to September each year, Evesham Vale Tour Guides offer a walk through the Abbey Park in Evesham allowing you to learn about this celebrated historic Market Town. A friendly, qualified Guide will be you the story of Evesham's past.

For the braver amongst us, Spiritus, invites you to join them for a twilight walk around the very haunted town of Evesham with "Evesham Ghost Tours". Mr Scaretaker will meet you at the Spiritus Shop on the High Street and take you on a walk around Evesham town centre, whereupon he will regale you with the most haunted tales of this old riverside town - hear about:
